This Web page was created to provide supporting evidence for why I left
negative feedback for ebay item #3063757279. It also,
provides the information neccessary to prove that I do not deserve any negative
feedback myself. This web page was created before any negative feedback
was left for me which you will be able to tell by examining the seller's
feedback.
EBAY ITEM#: 3063757279
PLAYSTATION 2 System with 10 games.
FIRST: Keep in mind it is nearing Christmas so, making sure
the system is under my tree for my kids before then is critical. Ebay
gives 3 days for buyer/seller to contact each other. I normally would give
much longer but, given the season and time constraints I did wait beyond the 3
days. In fact I sent numerous emails and gave adequate opportunity to
complete this transaction.
Included in this email you will find the emails I sent in
chronological order of first sent to last. I have copied and pasted the
text of each message. I will provide the date, time, subject, and priority
each message was sent.

I need the item before Christmas. It is for
my 4 children. I had one lined up locally and the guy changed his mind
at the last minute.
So, please provide me with a mailing address and a
street address where to send the money order as I may send it Fed Ex depending
on the rates.
Either way I will be sending the money order as
soon as you give me a total and where to send it.
P.S. What kind of TV is included with this.
:) (just kidding but, that is how you worded the decription).

PRIORITY: High
Hi,
This is the third email I
have sent asking for where to send the money order of $285.01+shipping for the
playstation 2 with 10 games. I need this for Christmas. If there
is a problem with this let me know so, I can get the item elsewhere. I
do not have time nor do you to not be responsive in email and manage to get
these items under the tree before the 25th.
I checked and you have several other auctions
going and you also have recent feedback. Please respond soon.
Also, because, this internet provider may soon no
longer be used I need you to respond to future_wave@yahoo.com.

SUBJECT: Fourth and Final Email - Negative feedback being
left tomorrow if no response
PRIORITY: High
This is the final email I am sending. I have
sent four of them and have not received any response. I need a
playstation 2 before Christmas and you have put, that in doubt. I
bid in good faith and faithfully tried to contact you. I have rarely had
to leave negative feedback. When I do so, then I back it up with a URL
containing all the content of my emails along with times. There
will be no way to dispute them.
I will give you until tomorrow to respond at which
time I will leave you negative feedback and consider this transaction null and
void. If you in turn leave me negative feedback then I will
respond to it with the same URL so, all people will know that it was left
purely to be vindictive and not due to any failure on my part.
I still want the playstation 2 but, I cannot
afford to wait a week for you to respond to your email. Christmas is too
close.
I've only ever gotten one negative feedback and
the person retracted it the best they could. So, I'd like to keep
it that way.
Here is a quote of the 3rd email message so, I do
not have to type it yet again:

SUBJECT: Cancel EBAY ITEM #3063757279 - Seller failed to
contact buyer
PRIORITY: Normal
We;;, I have sent numerous emails which have not
been responded to. I needed the item before Christmas but, could not
send payment due to failure on Seller's part to respond to emails.
Negative Feedback will be left as I am now driving
200+ miles today to purchase a Playstation 2 at a higher price and with less
games than I could have gotten it on Ebay. The only up side is it will
have a warranty.
I did not want to do this. Ebay leaves 3
days for buyer and seller to contact each other. Seller failed to
respond to the emails after more days than that.
All emails and supporting information will be
supplied on a URL for the negative feedback. If negative feedback is
left for me (even though I did everything as it is supposed to be done) then
the URL will also be provided to counteract that.
Sincerely,
Deva Winblood

That is my supporting evidence. I hope that is enough to
prove satisfactorily that I held up my end of the process.
AFTER POSTING THIS ADDITIONAL THINGS CAME UP
Here are the responses I sent him after looking around some
more and his emails he FINALLY sent me.

I meant to leave you Negative feedback but, am so
used to leaving positive feedback that I left you positive feedback.
I do not want the item. I do not trust the
lack of responses via email.
Since, I did leave you positive feedback I
recommend you do not leave me feedback. Just go on and relist the item.
Someone will buy it and you may get a better deal.
Also, I just checked and there is an automated
invoice that was sent via ebay and present in My Ebay but, it does not provide
an email notification. Also, I am leary of doing business with someone
who does not communicate. Especially, when $300 or so is almost my
entire Christmas budget.
Sincerely,
Deva Winblood

I am sorry about the death in the family.
The sad thing is I did get these three emails. They are the first I
received though. Look at my feedback you can see I do not screw people
over. My concern was simply that I was in the middle of nowhere (200
miles from nearest walmart round trip). I was concerned I would not have
the item for my children come Christmas morning. As to
buying from a discount store... believe, me your deal was a better one.
I will have about 10 games with the PS2 and 4 controllers come Christmas at a
total of around $450. So, I would have much preferred to have gotten
yours. I could not risk my children NOT having the item on
Christmas. You say you responded to the email but, I received a lot of
email and checked both accounts and these 3 are the first I have received.
Again, my condolences on the death in your family.
Normally, I would have been more patient and have waited a month to get things
before but, I could not wait that long this time.
Do what you have to do.
Sincerely,
Deva Winblood
[ OBSERVATIONS
]
The funny thing about
his responses. First he states he responded 5 times. Yet, I did not
get any of them and I got a lot of email. The final one states there was a
death in the family (which is completely possible) and he was gone for 2
days. That did not mix very well with the SENT 5 MESSAGES
theory. I get the strong feeling that at least one of those answers
was dishonest. I know I did not receive 5 emails at this or my other
email address. I did however, immediately get these three the same
day I tell him I am no longer interested. As is I will have a
playstation 2 and 10 games for christmas costing me between $450 and $500 when I
could have had 15 games for around $400. So, I was NOT going for a
better deal. I was going for the deal that I was sure I could TRUST and
count on. The Seller's feedback of 44 was not bad. I can see
he sells a lot of game systems. Mostly lower cost than this
one. It seems like under Non-time constrained instances he may be
reliable. I could not afford to gamble this time.
